We are currently hiring a motivated Restaurant Shift Lead to help guide daily operations and support our restaurant team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading others, delivering outstanding customer service, and building a career in restaurant management, hospitality, or food service leadership.

Position Overview
The Restaurant Shift Lead helps oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service, quality food preparation, and a positive team environment.
You will support the management team by supervising staff, maintaining Capriottis operational standards, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coaching team members, and developing leadership skills in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during daily restaurant operations
- Delegate tasks and ensure all shift duties are completed efficiently
- Maintain Capriotti’s standards for food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness
- Provide excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Follow company policies for food safety, sanitation, and cash handling
- Assist with scheduling support, labor management, and inventory monitoring
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and dining areas
- Support smooth shift transitions through clear communication with management
- Recognize and encourage team performance and positive contributions
- Promote a team culture built on respect, accountability, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail leadership preferred
- Experience as a Shift Lead, Crew Leader, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
